Serves 1.
Ingredients:
¼ medium chopped onion
¼ clove of garlic crushed
50g chopped flat mushrooms
¼ teaspoon seeded mustard
1 slice of rye bread
½ teaspoon cold pressed olive oil
Drained sun-dried tomatoes
Method:
- Heat in a pan the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft.
- Add the mushrooms and mustard and cook until the mushrooms are soft.
- Toast the rye bread. Place the mushroom mixture on top and top with tomatoes. Grill to warm the mixture.
For a different variation try roasting avocado, tomato and basil on rye
