Serves 2.
Ingredients:
2 turkey slices (5-10cm thick)
1 Tablespoon curry powder
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon cayenne
Pinch of ground pepper
Method:
- Mix all of the spices together in the one bowl
- Dip the turkey slices one at a time into the spices
- Leave the turkey slices in the fridge for 2 hours before grilling the slices on a low temperature for about ½ hour or until cooked well
Serve with a grilled sliced potato and boiled long green beans
