Coriander Salsa
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes chopped finely
½ bunch of finely chopped spring onions
1 lime
1 green chilli
2 teaspoons fresh chopped coriander leaves
Sea salt and black pepper
Method:
- Combine tomatoes and spring onions.
- Squeeze the juice of the lime to the vegetables and add salt and pepper.
- Add the fresh chopped coriander to the mixture.
- De-seed and chop the chilli and add to mixture.
- Mix and serve
Serving Suggestion: Barbecued meat, grilled fish, meat or chicken.
