Coriander Salsa

Ingredients:
2 tomatoes chopped finely
½ bunch of finely chopped spring onions
1 lime
1 green chilli
2 teaspoons fresh chopped coriander leaves
Sea salt and black pepper

Method:

  1. Combine tomatoes and spring onions.
  2. Squeeze the juice of the lime to the vegetables and add salt and pepper.
  3. Add the fresh chopped coriander to the mixture.
  4. De-seed and chop the chilli and add to mixture.
  5. Mix and serve

    Serving Suggestion: Barbecued meat, grilled fish, meat or chicken.
