New lease of life!
I have just finished the Quick Cleanse Internal Cleansing Detox Program” and am truly delighted. Over the 15 days I have progressed from someone with low energy, headaches, backaches, bloating, wind problems, cramps and alternate constipation and diarrhoea…. To a new person with boundless energy, free from all other symptoms with a new lease on life. During the course of the detox I began to assist in eliminating huge amounts of stored waste, which is very satisfying. I really enjoy having a bowel movement now, like when I was a child. Extra few kilos came off without any problems!
I was already in a healthy weight range before the cleanse, however I had been cheating and eating a lot more over winter and found that extra few kilos came off without any problems, and all my symptoms had noticeably decreased. I have lost about 4kg!
By the end of winter I had put on a bit of extra weight and I was feeling slow and sluggish. I work as an accountant and so much of my time is spent at a desk, which means it is very easy to not get enough exercise, and fall into bad eating habits as I am looking for quick options. For someone who is a chronic fatigue sufferer – this is wonderful!

I feel calmer, focused and able to concentrate again!
For most of this year I noticed that my metabolism had been sluggish with the usual range of symptoms particularly constipation. Having endured some pretty severe cleansing practices in the past, when I read the “Quick Cleanse Detox Program” I thought that’s easy, I can do that. Before seven days into the program I noticed my awareness heighten. I feel calmer, focused and able to concentrate again.

This is unexpected and a bonus to what my original goal had been. It has also become apparent to me that the elimination of sugar as per the program has been a key factor in my resultant change of mood.
