Detox Recipes

Tasty Toasted Seeds
Ingredients:
100gm mixture of pumpkin, butternut
and sunflower seeds
Olive oil
Sea salt
Paprika
Garlic

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC. Prepare a foil lines pan or baking tray
  2. In a strainer toss seeds with olive oil until lightly covered followed by the above spices (approx 1 tsp of each sea salt and garlic and 1/2 tsp of paprika for 1 cup of seeds)
  3. Spread seeds evenly on dish and bake for 20 minutes, stirring half way through.
