Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients:
Several sweet potatoes (depending on how many chips you would like to make)
Olive oil
Sea salt

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Peel the potatoes and slice thinly
  3. Line a baking tray with bake proof paper and thinly spread a small amount of olive oil
  4. Lay the potato pieces on the tray, lightly sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 20 minutes or until crisp
  5. Serve hot or cold
