Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients:
Several sweet potatoes (depending on
how many chips you would like to
make)
Olive oil
Sea salt
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Peel the potatoes and slice thinly
- Line a baking tray with bake proof paper and thinly spread a small amount of olive oil
- Lay the potato pieces on the tray, lightly sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 20 minutes or until crisp
- Serve hot or cold
