Strawberry Smoothie
Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 cup of soy or goats yoghurt
1 tsp of raw honey
1/2 cup of sliced strawberries
1 tsp of flaked almonds
Sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla

Method:

  1. Place the all of the ingredients into the blender or use a mixer and blend until smooth and enjoy chilled.
  2. Variation: Try adding different combinations of fruits to the smoothie such as paw paw, passionfruit, apple, melon or blueberries.
