Serves 1
Ingredients:
1/4 medium chopped onion
1/4 clove of garlic crushed
50gm chopped flat mushrooms
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 slice of rye bread
1/2 tsp cold pressed olive oil
50gm sun-dried tomatoes
Method:
- Heat in a pan the olive oil.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook
until the onion is soft.
- Add the mushrooms and mustard
and cook until the mushrooms are
soft.
- Toast the rye bread.
- Place the mushroom mixture on
top and top with tomatoes.
- Grill to warm the mixture.
- For a different variation roast
avocado, tomato and basil on rye.
