Detox Recipes
Marinated Mushrooms
Ingredients:
100gm of button mushrooms
1 spring onion
2 tsp of lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
75ml of Massel vegetable stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Chop the onions and cook gently in a small amount of the stock
- Add the mushrooms, juice and seasoning, cook gently until liquid has evaporated
- Add garlic and the rest of the stock, bring to a boil and the leave to cool before serving (preferably a few hours).
