Detox Recipes

Cashew Cream
Makes 21/2 cups

Ingredients:
1 cup cashews, raw and unsalted
1 large ripe bananas
1/4 cup soy/rice milk
200gm of seasonal fruits such as strawberries, apricots, peaches and pears

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients until the mixture reaches a uniform smooth consistency.
  2. The amount of milk may need to be increased depending on the strength of your blender or your own personal preference.
  3. This base can then be used to make fruits dips or even bake 2 halved pears in an oven for 10mins at 150C allow to cool and serve with Cashew Cream.
