Makes 21/2 cups
Ingredients:
1 cup cashews, raw and unsalted
1 large ripe bananas
1/4 cup soy/rice milk
200gm of seasonal fruits such as
strawberries, apricots, peaches and
pears
Method:
- Blend all ingredients until the mixture reaches a uniform smooth consistency.
- The amount of milk may need to be increased depending on the strength of your blender or your own personal preference.
- This base can then be used to make fruits dips or even bake 2 halved pears in an oven for 10mins at 150C allow to cool and serve with Cashew Cream.
